Andorra la Vella is the capital of the Principality of Andorra and is located at an altitude of 1,023 m and nicknamed the “Capital of the Pyrenees”.
The city is crossed by the La Valira river where the Pont de Paris and the Noblesa del Temps sculpture by Salvador Dalí are located.
In the historic center there is the important pedestrian avenue, Avenue Meritxell, where you will find numerous luxury boutiques, perfumeries and tobacconists (Andorra is considered a tax haven thanks to its reduced tax).
